[Event Day Volunteer] Volunteer with Better Together
Social Innovation Park is looking for Event Day Volunteers to support the Better Together global movement in Singapore.
Better Together brings together leaders and professionals from diverse organisations with a shared mission to advance mental wellbeing, human flourishing, and a better world.
As an Event Day Volunteer, you will provide in-person support on 19 and/or 20 December, helping create a smooth, safe, and welcoming experience for participants. This role is suitable for volunteers who enjoy on-ground event support and working alongside others.
Event Details
Venue: Singapore
Wellbeing Festival and Forum
▪️ 19 December: 7:30 AM–6:00 PM
▪️ 20 December: 7:30 AM–7:00 PM
Gala for Humanity
▪️ 20 December: 5:00 PM–11:00 PM
Commitment: Event day support on 19 and/or 20 December. Volunteers will rotate duties so they have time to rest, enjoy the event, and participate in wellbeing activities.
Food and beverages will be provided.

Who Should Attend
- Volunteers who are interested in mental wellbeing, human flourishing, and creating a better world
- Individuals who enjoy supporting events on the ground
- Volunteers who are comfortable interacting with people in person
- Individuals who can support on 19 and/or 20 December in Singapore
- Volunteers who are willing to assist the organising team where needed
Responsibilities
- Provide in-person support on 19 and/or 20 December in Singapore
- Support event operations and on-ground needs during the event
- Assist the organising team where needed
- Help create a smooth, safe, and welcoming experience for participants
- Contribute relevant skills and energy to support the event day experience
Requirements
- Able to support on 19 and/or 20 December in Singapore
- Comfortable providing in-person event support
- Willing to follow instructions from the organising team
- Willing to share your skillsets, motivation, and volunteering experience during application
- Comfortable completing required declaration questions as part of the application process
- Comfortable providing consent for Social Innovation Park and Unicorns for Good to collect, store, use, and share personal data for event-related purposes
- Comfortable with sessions being recorded, and with footage potentially being used in publicity and event-related marketing materials
